Now, 3Run is not always my very favorite group for expressing what Parkour is all about but you can not doubt the video below is GOOD. Poetry in Motion right? No flips, no flash; Worth of what 3Run is so very GOOD at doing at the drop of the hat (so they showed me in Texas)
This is how I like to remember this amazing group. This is how I like to think of my training, I think many of you after watching this will feel the Parkour Spirit. Maybe you are religious, maybe not. Maybe you are just spiritual, either way, there is a piece of this video that touches the very core of you.
