Yes, this is a long video but I love it. Two locals from Texas (Marcus and Ben) teaching each other and guess what, show us repetition of trianing. I feel often times we do a trick here, then a trick there. Maybe we do repetition of training often by ourselves, but rarely do we share that with the rest of the world, especially in video.
If the video starts to get boring just fast forward to about 4min. It shows a GOOD time lapse of real training.
